Our Vegetable and Herb Garden
Here at Broad House Hotel, we have a large market garden where we grow our own seasonal vegetables from Asparagus (we had 350 bunches last year) to Strawberries, Tomatoes, Chillies, Peppers, Melons, Figs, Garlic, Leeks , Celeriac Beetroot, Green Beans and Potatoes, to Peaches, Raspberries, Gooseberries and lots of herbs and flowers for the tables.
Reducing the food miles for our vegetables and fruit to the short distance from our garden to the kitchen door ensures the wonderful dishes prepared by our head chef are as fresh as it is possible to be and are big on taste and flavours too.
