Your Wedding Breakfast

The Wedding Breakfast is an important part of your day and you will want to make the right menu choices to ensure your guests enjoy themselves.

Our experienced head chef Steve Thorpe FIH is a Master Chef of Great Britain and he and his dedicated team are passionate about food and will work with you to produce a menu that is right for your occasion.

Canapés

Slow roasted tomatoes with parmesan biscuit || Local black pudding with an onion marmalade || Bangers & mash || All served with a smile

Amuse Bouche

Pear & Binham Blue trifle with handmade cheese from the milk of local cows in Wighton

Starter

Pickled mackerel & fresh garden beetroot with fish from Seafish Quality Awardholders who supply only the freshest of catches

Intermediate

A celery & thyme sorbet made with ingredients from our very own market garden, lovingly tendered to by Michael, our resident gardener

Main Course

Duo of Swannington pork, slow roasted belly, with coriander crusted fillet direct from farm to Broad House

Pre-Dessert

Chocolate shot ­ our very own hand-crafted milk chocolate mousse with a light, white chocolate foam

Dessert

Apple mousse with glazed apple & fresh berry sorbet ­ our fruit is sourced only from organic orchards

Coffee & Petit Fours

Our Cafe direct FAIRTRADE coffee guarantees a better deal for third world producers.

Our special wedding selections include a starter, main and dessert course. For the little people, we can create little portions of your chosen menu.
