Reception Rooms

We have a selection of beautiful rooms at Broad House Hotel where you can hold your special ceremony and celebration party.

Our 16^th Century Thatched Barn can seat 120 guests or 200 for an evening reception.  Licensed to hold civil weddings, the perfect location for couples looking for a more grand location to exchange their wedding vows.

Take the sweeping staircase to the heights of our Grand Ballroom, where lush floor length drapes meet original wooden beams. The ballroom seats up to 60 people for a ceremony and 50 for a Wedding Breakfast.

The Garden Room is situated directly below the Ballroom, allowing you to use the suites individually for an intimate gathering or linked together to create the perfect space for your lavish reception. An original fireplace takes centre stage here and large double doors open out into the garden making it the perfect space all-year-round. This room holds 30 people for your ceremony and 18 for a Wedding Breakfast.

Converted from the Traffords' own dining room, the Breakfast Room opens out into the garden with stunning views of the seasonal flora and fauna. Sixteen people can sit around the large mahogany table and enjoy a bespoke Wedding Breakfast, in original Trafford family style.

The Library is our hidden treasure and offers an intimate place for your nearest and dearest to share your vows.

Alternatively, get a real sense of the great outdoors and have your guests congregate on the lawn and watch through the open doors.

The lawns and our acres of beautiful gardens create a perfect backdrop for that dream marquee, sized to suit your guest list.
